Blog template plays an important role in optimizing your blog. A good blog template has a neat order of elements (header, navigation, sidebars, and footer). Also use as a background image or body section headers, list style navigation (li tag) can make blog appearance more nice looking .

But, using many images as background is not a good choice if you want to optimize your blog, let say making SEO blog. Minimalist blogspot template is the right choice to optimize your blog to gain high traffic.
